I bought this on eBay a while back and haven't found a use for it so I'm putting it up for sale here! It was originally Japanese so in the main menu the O is select and the deals X is cancel but it's region-free for video games. It asks for the date and time each time it boots up but the data stays the same on the console, so it might need a new battery. If you need a video of it working you can PM me.
