SOLD AS A PAIR

1. This egg chocolate mold is plain and of a large size.

2. Circa: Before WWII. Likely produced between 1920 and 1940. Before WWII, chocolate molds were generally made from stamped sheet steel that was then tinned by a tinsmith.

3. Very good condition: Suitable for molding chocolate. Normal wear on tinning from use and age.

4. Size of mold: 7 inches high x 5 inches wide x Depth for both sides 4 1/2 inches. (2 1/4 inches depth of 1/2 egg).

5. Includes 2 clips.

-Purchased between 1935 and 1955 and used to make chocolate eggs at the Toronto Creamy Toffee Company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
