This pretty bowl has scalloped and pointed edges. The edges flare upwards. There are sections of flowers and vertical ridges. This pattern is Mayfair Open Rose by Anchor Hocking. This is the 11-3/4" diameter serving flat bowl. It is approximately 2-1/4" tall. It would be perfect as a cookie tray or for raw vegetables and dip. It would also work for flower arranging. This bowl is pink. It is depression glass from the 1930s. This piece was not reproduced.
This bowl was used. It does not have any chips or cracks or nicks. In picture #7 you can see straw marks. There is a sandy feel throughout the inside of this deals piece. You can see this as the "lit specks" in the last picture. These things were done during the manufacturing process. These are factory flaws.
