Stunning set of 3 Libbey tapered glasses in teal and gold with Monte Carlo pattern and retro atomic starbursts. This is a relatively rare design from the 1950's and is very well preserved in this set. Perfect example of classic mid century modern design. The colors are still bright and there is very little gold loss except to the rims. No chips, scratches or cracks. Each measures 5 1/4” tall x 3 1/2” wide. Certain Libbey glassware pieces (but not all of them, depending on the size and type of piece) is signed with a cursive L within a circle or ring. The mark actually appears backwards if viewed from outside of the glass, but it appears correctly when looking down through the inside. These glasses deals show the cursive L marking them as Libbey brand. Would make an excellent addition to any vintage glassware collection or MCM bar!
