Kokedama Sansevieria Trifasciata (also known as the Snake Plant or Mother-In-Law's Tongue) is one of the most popular and hardy species of houseplants. An architectural species, it features stiff leaves that range from six inches to eight feet tall, depending on the variety. Snake Plants usually have green banded leaves, while the variety is commonly known as Mother-In-Law's Tongue typically features a yellow border.

Perfect for office and home spaces, with a multitude of benefits, minimal care requirements, and a striking appearance Sansevierias (Snake Plants) are some of the toughest plants you can find. *Does not need a lot of water. So a good watering every 2 weeks or 3 weeks will suffice. It is important not to overwater, so always feel the soil with your fingers, and only when it is dry water it again. These plants will appreciate a light area but can survive in very low light conditions. They can tolerate from low light areas to bright light areas.*

After you receive your Kokedama package:
Please be careful not to leave the package outside for a long time or inside of the box for a long time. They are live plants and they need to breathe. Please read the plant care instruction and follow them. The Kokedama has been water enough to be healthy during the shipment.

Handling and shipping policy:

Ship your order by USPS Priority Mail Class with a tracking ID. Each Kokedama order, it is required for an overnight prep, pruning, trimming, and fertilizing to get it ready for a trip.
If the plant was damaged during the shipment, please request a refund within a day of arrival with the picture.

It is your responsibility to track the shipment and open the package as soon as the package arrives. Tracking information will be sent automatic emails from Etsy when the package label was created.

Please send me the picture within a day if the plant was damaged.
I can not accept the claim to be refunded after 3-4 days later of shipment for the reason that you may be overwatered or for lack of care.

General care is enclosed in the package however each environment/climate is different that plants need to be adjusted with your climate.
