This rare, collectible, and utterly adorable vintage ceramic planter / candle holder was made by Relpo in the 1960's. It features a friendly pumpkin headed witch holding a broom and wearing a pointy black hat. The piece is in good used condition with a few small chips to the glaze on the edge of the bottom of the dress, and a very small chip to the glaze on the top of the hat - but there are no major chips or cracks and no crazing to the glaze. There is some minor discoloration to the white portions, but the piece has excellent overall color quality.
