THE STONE -
Lapis Lazuli, a beautiful celestial deep blue stone with flecks of gold and white giving it a mysterious feel has been treasured for thousands of years by humans, right back to ancient civilisations. A favourite stone of the Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun, it was used to decorate the eyes of his famous death mask. Lapis Lazuli was also ground to make the most expensive deep blue pigment Ultramarine, favoured by many of the most important artists in history!

Lapis Lazuli, is thought by some to be the stone of truth and friendship, encouraging truth in the spoken and written word, honesty in the spirit and harmony in any relationship. It is known for promoting critical thinking and a restful nights sleep!

Lapis Lazuli is considered one of the birthstones for September and is therefore a wonderful gift for anyone born within that month.

The stones I use are natural and therefore each pendant and bracelet set I create is unique. Each set is made to order and as such the colours may vary slightly from the one in the picture, as each stone has its own natural flaws.

THE NECKLACE -
The pendant is hung on an 18 inch Sterling Silver belcher chain, with bolt clasp and 925 hallmark. I can custom the length of each necklace, so please just ask if you require an alternative size. The Stones are separated with small sterling silver beads and hand wrapped in sterling silver wire.

THE BRACELET -
One size fits all stretch bracelet, featuring a 10mm 925 sterling silver deals scratch effect focal bead and 2 small sterling silver beads. The bracelet is 7.5 inch long which should fit most due to the good quality stretch thread used, If however you require a smaller or larger size please do just ask when submitting your order, all bracelets are made to order so I am very happy to make a custom size.

THE PRESENTATION BOX -
Each of my designs come in a Drops of Earth kraft gift box with a silver polishing cloth. A description of the stone including history and properties is included in the lid of the box.

THE PACKAGING -
Following my own aim to reduce my consumption of single use plastic, the gift box will arrive wrapped in brown card bubble wrap and the outer envelope is made using sugarcane and is fully recyclable.
