This listing is for a Scrollodex Case which hangs from your belt. It was specifically design to be compliant to the Alliance LARP Game and Rules System, however it can be used as an in period note book, receipt pad, for taking orders, etc.
Paper inserts are not included but can be easily cut from 8.5” x 11” (letter sized) paper and then single hole punched in the center along one edge. The finished paper inserts should measure 2” x 8.5”. A plastic template is available upon request for no extra charge, just add a note to your order with this request. If you'd like your order to include the paper inserts, I'm happy to do that for you as well, but for a minimal additional fee. The Scrollodex Insert comes with both short and long Chicago Screws as well as spacers, which hold the inserts securely in place. Use the correct size Chicago screw and washers based on how many reps you're carrying.
Though not shown in the pics the closure strap is now completely removable for your convenience. It's also adjustable for tightness depending on how many reps you are carrying.
The belt loop will accommodate up to a 2.5" wide belt. Contact me if you'd like a more customized fit.
Style Options:
Basic - One Color:
This option is for the Scrollodex dyed in one solid color, with no embellishments
Basic - Two Colors:
This option is for the same as the above, however includes two different dye colors of your choosing. Please specify which two colors you'd like.
Custom - One Color:
This option is for the Scrollodex dyed in one solid color, but with Custom Tooling or Stamping. Please contact me with the design or concept you'd like. Be advised some designs may not fit the space provided.
Custom - Two Colors:
This option is for a Custom Tooled or Stamped Scrollodex, dyed with two colors of your choosing.

As all of my leather goods are handmade with organic materials, there will be slight variations in build and leather surface, and from one item to another. Leather will also conform and soften over time. This is normal.
Be advised that Leather is strong, but will not withstand excessive force. Exercise caution when using these items.
