deals A knitted 1” scale (1:12) baby blanket was made with a variegated thread of pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. I used a lacy see-through pattern for the afghan and then used a matching yellow colored thread to make the booties and bonnet so that you can use this set for either a boy or a girl. The afghan measures 3-1/2 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide and has a scalloped bottom and a straight top. The booties and bonnet are for a newborn or a 1-1/2 to 2 inch doll. The bonnet will fit a Heidi Ott baby but the booties might be a bit big for it. Those dolls have very tiny feet. The booties were stuffed with a little bit of cotton to maintain their shape but can be easily removed with a pair of tweezers.
