Oil painting of roses, gilt wood frame; faux label on back; 12 1/4 H deals x 14 W inches

An oil painting on panel of a floral still life, possibly an oleograph (painted over a print), framed in gilt wood. There is a label on the back of a British firm, but the label is deals fake. The painting inside the frame measures 7 3/8 H x 9 1/2 W inches. It was probably painted in Asia for the Western market in the late 20th century. There is no hanging wire, although there are screw eyes for one.

CONDITION: No flaws found in the painting. Light wear to the frame. The back label is torn.
