As a professional graphic designer, much of my work is creating designs according to a client's wishes. There is an intense sense of satisfaction when I deliver a product that was customized to the client's perfection. As the customer, you can choose the color, theme, style and even include a one to two word inscription on the tree.

The trees are about 8 inches tall. I use a glass tabasco bottle as the tree trunk. Using wire and beads, I form 8-10 trees branches. I also include a face in one of the branches for deals extra personality. Then I use clay and other found materials to form the tree roots and base. After cooking in the oven to harden the polymer clay, I fill the interior of the glass bottle with a mix of glycerine, water, glitter, beads and love for a snow globe effect.

For many years now, I have been creating these beautiful clay and tree sculptures and figurines. I began making them to give away to friends at work. They are excellent for so many occasions. One friend requested a wedding tree. Another expressed her interest is a butterfly tree, representing a family loss in her life. For my cousin's graduation, I created a "money" tree using real coins.
