Staffa Stud Earrings Oxidised Finish deals - Sterling Silver Earrings from the Isle of Iona.

deals Created for Aosdàna by Scottish artist, Beth Legg, these earrings are based on the basalt rock structures of Staffa. The design echoes the hexagonal columns of the island and depict the beautiful curves and sense of movement found in the rock structures which were created when cooling flows of lava came into contact with the bedrock.

From our workshop and studio at the St. Columba Steadings on the Isle of Iona, Aosdàna continues to use the same techniques as earlier Iona silversmiths to craft the original designs that have remained so popular over the years. Each piece is hand finished and reflects the care and attention only fitting to the historical legacy of the island's craftsmen and women.
