This is a deals modded Japanese Import 3DS LL that has been converted to the US firmware. Everything, including the camera, works as it should. The system comes with the Charger and 4GB Micro SD card. Keep in mind that the back has minor scratches, but that doesn't affect the functionality. Also, since the Eshop has since been shut down, you'll need to get the files needed over at the 3DS Hacks guide website as well as some YouTube tutorials.
