Ultra authentic 70s aviators with original glass lenses that are almost clear light grey.
The authenticity referred to really comes from the fact that the eye sits at the centre of the lens, with the browline being above your eyebrows and not on them. This makes them particular to this 70s era and while the idea of wearing aviator shapes for prescription glasses is a trend which comes and goes, it started in the 70s and this pair leaves no doubt as to that originality.
We are quick to remind that glass lenses are now a specialist product in todays market that's exponentially more expensive than plastics in exactly the same way as laminate vs wooden flooring/worktops etc.

Some small smudge dots on the lenses due to the wear over time of the polarised coating. They don't get in the way of the wearing enjoyment but are probably not for perfectionists. We deals take the view that not everyone can be an Iggy Pop but you have a pretty good chance of being an Asheton with these lethal glasses that could be worn in a dark venue and still be able to see your frets properly.
