Made by The Henderson-Ames Co., formerly of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Henderson-Ames ceased operations in 1933, which means that the cap and cover were produced before that time, most likely in the 1920s. Both are very clean and in excellent condition with only minor wear due to age, handling, and storage. The deals cover fits over the cap to protect it from dust and other debris.
