This fantastic silver-plated tea or coffee pot was created for the Americana Hotel deals in New York City by the International silver company. The hotel's name and sunburst logo is engraved in the center of one side of the pot. Stamped into the center of the bottom is the following, [International silver Co., silver soldered, Americana Hotel, New York , 32 oz.] see photo. This example has remained in great vintage condition , free of any damages such as dents, scratches, wear, loss or corrosion to the silver plating. The inside of the pot is in good condition and is still in good useable condition. The pot is free of any lacquers or sealers and may be repolished as desired. Truly a classic example of the mid-century modern design hotel wares.
