Rare DOUBLE COMPACT in velvet case by ZELL Fifth Avenue New York / Vintage matching cigarette holder and compact etched in a velvet deals clutch

Extremely rare Zell 5th Avenue double compact set -- one compact contains ladies face powder (mirror is missing) and the other compact looks like it was used to hold cigarettes. Both compacts fit snuggly into a velvet clutch-like holder. Both compacts feature an intricate floral etching on their covers. Minimal scratching on the backs of both. Compact measure 3.25" square. There is some remaining powder in one of the compacts, the other is lined with purple velvet as pictured. Black velvet case measures 7.25" by 3.5".
