The Ullman Manufacturing Company lithograph from 1898 features 2 sweet cherub/angels/cupids warming their hands over an open fire. Sepia toned, glass framed and adhered to a wooden back with a wire stand. Acquired from a Napa Valley, CA estate.
As an antique, this piece has normal wear from age but has been well cared for during its lifetime. Please look at the enclosed photographs closely.
The left hand corner has the Ullman company logo, while the right hand corner of glass is missing. I believe when placed in a proper frame, this corner would then be hidden from
view.
History: The Ullman Manufacturing Corporation was founded circa 1888 in New York City by Nathan, Max, Louis and Isidor Ullman and a Mr. Stiles. Sale of framed reproductions, deals postcards, theatre posters, and jigsaw puzzles, books occurred between 1900-1915.
