This is a handmade rag quilt made with 100% cotton fabrics front and back with a layer of cotton batting in between each square. Quilted with traditional “x” using black stitches on the cream squares and tan stitches on the orange and black squares to add contrast and visual interest. Front and back fabrics match. Front seams are left exposed and then hand snipped to allow the washer to create the pretty, fluffy fraying. Binding added and secured with a decorative stitch for a more finished look.
I love the colors in this quilt! The orange, creams, and black remind me of fall! This would be great for fall home decor or any time throughout the year.

Listed sizes are approximate. Your quilt will be laundered once in dye free/perfume free detergent (in case of any allergies/sensitivities) prior to being shipped out. This will start the fraying process. This also helps me ensure that the quilt you are getting is approximately the size you ordered after the largest amount of shrinkage (experienced after the first wash and dry).
Since this is a custom quilt, I will communicate with you regarding the types of prints and colors to use for your quilt, and will also contact you occasionally during the process to keep you updated.
