This very special piece was drawn and signed by the artist Florence P.E. Nosworthy in the early 1900's. Both the frame and the artwork inside are in very nice condition especially for being over a hundred years old. Only some slight aging can be seen at the borders of the paper. The paper is embossed in the lower right corner with "Campbell Art Co. Copyright 1908". I imagine this is the maker of the paper. The work itself is 17 1/2" x 11 1/2" and the frame is just about 25" x 18". Florence Pearl England Nosworthy was born in 1872 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and died 1936 in Hampton, Connecticut.
