Deals Jester/Clown Kiln Cast Glass Sculpture

This piece is a collaboration with ceramic sculptor Mel Sundby. Mel first carves the faces in clay. deals Then, through a process of making molds and impressions of the face, PECO creates a plaster duplicate to be cast with the glass. The glass casting process takes two days in the kiln at a temperature over 1500 degrees.

While created from a single sculpture, the process and materials ensure each piece is truly one of a kind.

These sculptures are made to order, and the final result may differ slightly from the image shown. Please allow two weeks for production.
