Vintage 1940's deals brown felt tilt hat with bows

Marked size 22.

Holes in veil.

Some fading to top and back.

Hat measures 7 1/4" wide, 7" front to back.

Strap measures 16", deals stretches up to 17".

Size of strap could be made larger by replacing elastic.
