This beautiful red headed woodpecker suncatcher would make a great gift for any bird lover. Also makes a great deals gift for yourself! Hang this in your window, and enjoy it every day!

This is an original design, and every woodpecker is handmade in my home studio. Since it is handmade, each bird will be one of a kind!

I cut each piece of glass to the correct size, then grind the edges. I then apply copper foil to each piece, then flux and solder it together. Black patina is applied to the solder. The finished piece is then cleaned, waxed, and polished.
