Bujia de Los Muertos deals sharpie + pencil drawing candle-gazing skeleton with decorations & flower crown
Death is ready to clear up the battlefield and looks forward into the future through the flame of intuition.

This drawing is in sharpie with colored pencil over a base of erased graphite on bone-colored (ice gray, beige) charcoal paper. Please note that rainbow sharpies can fade in the sun, though most of the color in this piece is colored pencil. The paper has creasing in the top left corner, the bottom left corner, and from the central bottom section, due to the piece being on second-hand paper. The image has a few millimeters of border all the way around, the entire sheet of paper being slightly less than 8 inches by slightly more than 11 inches, and the actual image being slightly smaller.

I had originally submitted Bujia de los Muertos as an entry for a book cover by a local author. As it was not selected for that, I have since used deals it for the cover of my dark poetry book, Lantern: https://www.amazon.com/dp/151766523X
