Spiral deals "Chickens and Watermelons" quilt

deals I called this quilt "Chickens and Watermelons", because that's what the fabric has on it. Bob pieced this quilt on his home sewing machine. I picked a beige fabric with tiny brown flowers and leaves for the backing, and used polyester batting. I quilted it with a ripple pattern I call "Calm Waters". I bound the quilt with a tiny yellow gingham print.

The quilt measures about 49" X 60", and would work for a baby to spend floor time on, a toddler to drag it around or fall asleep on, a kid to take a nap under, or an adult to use as a lap quilt while reading or watching tv.
