At Sahab, we offer FREE SHIPPING to all customers, on all products and orders.
Since we are a ‘Print on Demand' company, the total shipping time includes “Processing time” and “Shipping time” which will be variable due to the destination and each individual product.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Should your order include more than one product, you may receive your items in multiple packages with different shipping timeframes.



RETURN POLICY

We are a “Print on Demand” company and our products are designed based on your order. As such, we do not normally encourage the return of items; however, customer satisfaction is important to us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to exchange or return a product, you can contact us at Support [!at] shopsahab.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent an email with the “Store Credit”. The “Store credit” is in the form of coupons which can be used to make new purchases. Your request might be subject to a fixed amount of CAD$ 9.99 for processing / handling fee which will be deducted from the “Store Credit”.
