This is an oval cameo on on possibly an agate on one side . There is a hallmark of 800 which I believe to be Italian Sterling It is gold colored. There is a scratch on the face and (except the pin in the back is a bit bent) . It is 1 3/8" x 1". It is Not in Original Box - It has a "gold" color around the cameo and the pin.

there are rhinestones around the edges (or diamonds), I just don't know about this one.

A wonderful Etsian said this about this piece this is a later, shell cameo. The 800 mark deals & marcasites suggest it was mounted in Europe.
