Artist Seal Usaburo Sosaku Kokeshi Doll "Arising dragon" (昇之龍) Kimono.
The kimono has a very detailed dragon motif, long whiskers, pair of long horn, three digit claw, above an Asian character carved on, it reads 昇之龍, means "arising dragon".
She is in Fairly good original condition consistent with age and standards of collectable Folk Art, with all details perfect and as crafted, some scratches on the doll surface, some discoloration, overall it is in good vintage condition. She stands 6 1/4", 3 1/2" wide, weight 534.0gm.
