3 Vintage D'Arceau Porcelain De Limoges deals France Collectible Plates Includes 1976 "Scarlet En Crinoline", 1985 "Gigi" & 1986 "Sarah Bernhardt"

This is a lovely set of three vintage limited edition Henri D'Arceau and Porcelaine de Limoges France numbered collectible plates from three different series being sold without the Certificates of Authenticity. The first plate is the Premiere Edition from the 1976 The Patronne par la C.S. de la Couture Parisienne series which celebrates famous women. The plate is titled "Les Femmes Du Siecle- 1865", numbered AP 960, and features a glamorous image of Scarlett O'hara from the movie "Gone With The Wind" wearing a gorgeous white ball gown decorated with pink lace, ribbon and trim. "Scarlett en Crinoline- la Femme inaccessible 1865" is written in script along the top of the plate and the artist's signature, FR. Ganeau, is at the bottom. The 1985 plate is the second deals plate in the "Gigi" series by Jean-Claude Guidou, is titled "The Night They Invented Champagne" and features a detailed colorful scene from the famous movie where Gigi won a card bet and the actors sing "The Night They Invented Champagne" song together. "Gigi" is written on the left side of the plate and the artist's signature is on the right. This plate comes ready to hang with a metal hook attached to the back. The third plate is the first issue in the 1986 Les Femmes de la Belle Epoque or The Women Of The Beautiful Era series designed by Pierre-Laurent Brenot. It is numbered AC G23 and titled "Sarah Bernhardt Incarne Marguerite dans La Dame Aux Camelias-1899" and features a beautiful romantic scene of the tragic lovers Marguerite Gautier and Armand Duval. The title of the plate is written on the bottom along with the artist's signature. All three plates have descriptions written in French on the backs and are stamped with the D'Arceau-Limoges mark. They measure approximately 8 1/2" in diameter and are in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, with surface wear including scratches and wear on the bottom rims.
