OKAY UPDATE it's made bt JaRu, and other listings that I have found are missing eithetr the Gague, the Cork to hold the water in, or both. This one is 100% complete, though I forgot to take a pic of the bottom showing the clear-red stopper thing, I'll add that as soon as I can.
