In Japanese mythology, nine-tailed foxes are intelligent spirits gifted with magical powers and capable of assuming human form; sometimes tricksters, sometimes faithful guardian, friends and companions,they're able to produce fire or lightning from their mouths and tails, not to mention to manifest into people's dreams and to create elaborate illusions impossible to tell from reality.
This sculpted fox srests upon a warm-yellow pillow with orange tassels, among dried leaves; a little, funny owl spirit keeps him company. The accents on his body are red and russet, with rhinestones and little pearls adorning his forehead and back.
It's a unique piece, entirely made by hand and perfect for a classy gift.

Cold porcelain, acrylic colours, resin pearls. Not varnished for a matte / velvety effect (except the silver parts).
