Rare vintage Vallerysthal blue milk glass covered candy dish or trinket box. The cover depicts a dog lying on a carpet and the outside of the box is decorated with a beautiful raised floral design. The label on the bottom of the dish has “PV France” for the maker Portieux Vallerysthal of France. The trinket box is a wonderful example of the fine workmanship of Vallerysthal with excellent detailing throughout the entire blue milk glass piece. The vintage trinket box deals is in excellent condition with great color and no chips. Measurements: The box is approximately 5" long by 4" wide and stands 5" tall to the top of the dogs head.
