My new line of cigar box pocketbooks are each individually designed, unique and different than any I have ever seen. I start with a cigar box that inspires me. I use high quality leather and the lining/interior is meant to be eye catching and unique. A pleasant surprise when you open the box. They are each designed to preserve the original box and add decor to compliment that particular box. I preserve as much of the original look deals of the cigar box as possible, tags and signage when appropriate. Then I trim with hardware and seal them. They each are different, and I go with what I see the box becoming as I design it. The handles are handmade to compliment each box and leather. I make them myself from unique and funky beads, wooden pieces, and metal accents. Some are even gemstones. Each cigar box is a One of A Kind design and will not be reproduced. They are called "Tina Marie Purses", as the embossed label will show. I have created them with the practicality of being used everyday, with any outfit. Simple but stylish and classy. This purse cigar box is a square cigar box purse. The box is slender but tall and square. The leather is a soft black/charcoal block print leather. The back and front shows this quality leather. It is trimmed with antique hardware clasp and hinges. The inside is lined in a coordinating black and ivory animal print that really brings this box alive when you open it. The original signage on the inside top is preserved, a colorful scene that says "the wild bunch". It really coordinates with the wild animal print. The beaded handle is simple black/bone with accent metal pieces. The dimensions are 8" by 8" with the inside being 2". It's roomy enough to carry the important stuff yet stylish enough to look elegant and sophisticated. A really must have accessory.
